Audi took the opportunity to launch a high performance version of the TT during the Geneva Motor Show. The Audi TT RS packs "far more" than 300-horsepower through a direct injection turbocharged 2.5L engine. The only bad news? It's not approved for the US. Lamborghini has upped the ante once more. Today at the Geneva Motor Show they introduced a "new, exceptionally purist and even more extreme top model", the Murciélago LP 670-4 SuperVeloce. Limited to only 350 examples, the LP 670-4 is explosive. It's raging 6.5L V12 creates a massive 670-horsepower and propels the car 0-62mph in a staggering 3.2-seconds.

It's official- Opel will get there own version of the Chevrolet Volt. The Ampera (not a "shocking" choice) will go into production for the 2011 model year, featuring the same extended range electric vehicle platform we'll get to drive here in the US.

During this week's Geneva Motor Show, Mini will introduce it's third John Cooper Works model, a Convertible. Destined for the US this April, the new Mini vert will be powered by a 208-horsepower 1.6-liter engine. Mini calls it a "open, four-seater with an undiluted passion for motorsport."
