Renault Megane Trophy Concept

Living in the US, I am not very familiar with the Renault company. All I really know is that they are a car company and are foreign based… that is about it. After seeing what they had to show off at the Paris Auto Show I just had to learn more about their company. Thanks to the trusty sources of wikipedia, I learned that Renault is a French automaker that produces cars, vans, buses, tractors, and trucks. Renault is well known for numerous revolutionary designs, security technologies, and motor racing. With that reputation, it is no wonder that we’re drooling over the Renault Megane Trophy Concept Car that was on display at the Paris Auto Show.

The Renault Megane Trophy Concept car is truly a work of art. Every angle you look at the car makes your heart skip a beat as you take in its gorgeous flowing bodylines. With its wide body aerodynamic racing stance, it is no wonder that this car truly stands out at the show. The Renault Megane Trophy concept is powered by a Nissan built 3.5 liter V6 motor that pumps out 360hp which is all controlled by its six-speed sequential gearbox steering wheel paddle-shifters. With the car only being shown as a concept car, all we can do is just wait and hope that Renault either produces a special limited number production version or a special track model for racing series. So Renault… you have now caught my attention, I will be watching you to see what comes next!
